Submit the Immigrant Petition by Standalone Investor or through a Regional Center project.

Check the Visa Bulletin for current priority dates based on country of chargeability.

File Adjustment or Immigrant Visa

Once your priority date is current, apply for a green card.

Conditional Green Card Issued

You receive a 2-year conditional green card upon approval.

File Form I-829

After 2 years, submit evidence that your investment created jobs to remove conditions and receive your 10-year green card.
