What is the EB-3 Visa?

The EB-3 visa covers three main subcategories:

Here’s the typical process for applying:

Your U.S. employer files a PERM application to confirm no qualified U.S. worker is available.

File Form I-140

The employer submits the Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker to USCIS.

Priority Date Wait

Monitor the Visa Bulletin for availability of your priority date.

Apply for Status/Immigrant Visa

File I-485 if in the U.S, or complete consular processing if abroad.

Receive Your Green Card
